I’m Vicente Gewehr, your dedicated Design Manager with extensive international experience in BIM implementation. With a fervent commitment to collaboration and a drive to facilitate business growth and success, I’m here to be your trusted point of contact.
My journey began with a prestigious 18-month scholarship at Technische Universität München (TUM) during my graduation. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to projects spanning Manhattan, Brooklyn, East Hampton, Germany, Eastern Europe, Australia, and South America. Now, my focus is on serving clients in the US.
My strengths lie in meticulous organization and attention to detail, particularly in project coordination, bid and proposal reviews, and effective risk management.
Throughout my career, I’ve been involved in diverse projects, ranging from high-end residential developments to commercial buildings. Notable among these is the Bergen Brooklyn, currently in development, Houses in the Hamptons, and the prestigious Hoch der Isar project, featuring 189 units across 14 distinct buildings with unique façades. Additionally, I had the honor of contributing to the award-winning “die Macherei,” recognized as the Best Mixed-use Architecture in Germany, in collaboration with HWKN-Architecture (New York) and OSA (Germany).
With a track record of delivering projects exceeding 4,800,000 SF / 450,000 m2, I’m eager to continue collaborating with valued colleagues in the years ahead.
My passion lies in the meticulous documentation of building processes, ensuring that design concepts are translated into reality through proper construction techniques. I specialize in various areas, including façade design, insulation, waterproofing solutions, fire rating, and dry construction methods such as wood and steel framing.
I’m excited about the opportunity to bring my expertise to your projects and contribute to their success. Let’s collaborate and create something exceptional together!
