IAC produced the high-fidelity renderings for this residential proposal in Fire Island (USA), designed by Rawlins Design for a competition. The project reinvents the modernist beach house for the era of climate change. The precise representation of materials, coastal landscaping, and furniture accurately reflects the innovative design and the client’s vision.
