Revitalization project for an iconic residence located in Fire Island (USA)—the former beach house of renowned fashion designer Calvin Klein, originally designed by the acclaimed architect Horace Gifford. IAC’s role consisted of developing 3D modeling in SketchUp to update and adapt the project to current building codes, ensuring new approval from both the client and the local municipality. The work encompassed adjusting and refining construction solutions based on CAD files, as well as producing three-dimensional images for the final presentation.
